In the living-room you will find plenty to keep you entertained with a good selection of books, videos, DVDs, games, Sky Freeview, radio and CD player.

There is a separate dining area with a large, comfortable dining table and patio doors lead into a small, but attractive, enclosed patio garden.

The kitchen is well-equipped and contains a large fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer-drier.

There are two double bedrooms: the first contains a king-size bed and is situated on the first floor. The bathroom (with bath, basin and WC) is also on this floor.

The second double bedroom is a twin-bedded room and can be found up a short flight of stairs on the second floor.

Additional Information

• The cottage is centrally-heated and there is always plenty of hot water.

• Bed-linen and towels are provided.

• We can provide a cot and high-chair. The property does not have stair-gates.

• There is a sofa-bed in the living room and an additional camp-bed is also available.

• A newsagents and grocery shop are located just across the road.

• The cottage is booked from Saturday to Saturday and is available from 3pm.

• Guests need to leave by 10am on day of departure

• We require a £100 deposit on booking. The balance is payable one calendar month before the date of the holiday.

• A dedicated, off-road parking space is available directly behind the property.

• Gas and electricity are included in the price
